Crowdfunding Email Templates
Email is one of the most effective ways to reach potential investors. Crafting a well thought out email is important to a high response rate. Keep messages personal, clear, and concise, with a single call-to-action that drives to your campaign page.
Quick best practices
Personalize: write 1:1 when possible; reference how you know the person.
Keep it short: ideally 4–6 brief paragraphs or about 150–250 words.
One call to action: insert just one link on its own line.
Plain English: avoid jargon and hype.
Be available: include a reply invitation and an easy scheduling link.
Compliance: match your email to your campaign phase and goals (see templates below).
